How Twitter Moments can bolster social strategy

An increasing number of brands have been test-driving Twitter Moments – a tool allowing users to curate stories about what’s happening around the world, powered by Tweets – to push brand messaging mainstream. Since it became free to use in autumn, brands ranging from Old Spice to Tesco have used Moments to round out social brand messaging. For brands with a strong Twitter presence, this represents a good route to engage a much wider audience.
